This pages is just like a home, virtual home for me. Realizing that information is such a very valuable thing, and internet technology has opened so many chances to bring us the power of information, then having a home in the net is such a way to grab that power.

My name is Tomi Setiawan, so-called “Tomi”. I spent my childhood time in Jakarta, from the time i was born ’till the end of senior high student. In order to have higher education, I moved to Bogor to study plant breeding science in Agricultural University of Bogor (indeed, not only the plant breeding, but moreover I learnt about life, friendship, relationship and.. love). Interested in Political area that boiling in Indonesia around 1999, I moved to Yogyakarta to study International Relations in Gadjah Mada University and have my undergraduate degree there. At the present time, I’ve finished master degree of information technology on the same university.

I want to make every step I’ve taken in every journey I’ve had, not just simply passed away, gone by the changing of time. That’s why, writing is such a way to make me immortal, just like Soe Hok Gie with his diary, or Chairil Anwar with his poems, or it just simply to have a reflection of my own self to guide me for the following steps ahead.
